UNited States Senate: Strategic Competition Between the United States and China

As a member of the United States Senate, you are confronted with the task of devising a comprehensive plan to address the significant yet strained relations between China and the United States. This includes crafting a strategy to exercise international diplomacy, tackle potential military escalation, as well as discussing the impact of TikTok, the viral Chinese-owned social media platform. Achieving a solution to these complex issues requires a concerted effort by Senators to collaborate across party lines and maintain peace and prosperity for all. This committee will employ a range of traditional MUN rules of procedure, supplemented with a congressional twist that includes party caucuses, filibusters, and the development of legislative bills.
